Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m an instructional designer and certified project manager based in the Washington, D.C. area. I specialize in designing clear, accessible, and outcomes-driven learning experiences that support real-world performance.

While instructional design often starts with the end in mind, I believe the process matters just as much as the outcome. I ask questions like: Who are the learners? What do they already know? What motivates them? What barriers might they face? How will we know they’ve met the learning goals? What kind of practice will get them there? These questions shape every decision I make when building learning solutions.

Whether I’m designing eLearning in Articulate, developing assessments, or managing cross-functional projects, I focus on aligning content, tools, and delivery with learner needs and business goals.

Outside of work, you can usually find me planning my next visit to a national park.
